Audit Logs
on my SharePoint Server.I use Audit Logging for security reasons. I want to know which user changed rights or groups.
Re: Texas DL/ID Audit Number Post by Crossfire » Sun Jun 14, 2015 11:04 pm It's about a 20 digit number across the bottom of your license if you have a new style license, and vertically by the picture on the old style. I’m afraid I can’t tell you where it is, but the audit numbers have 11 digits (all numerals), so the “receipt number” can’t be it.
I tried this by deleting someone from a group. As result I get following event:
Can I somehow see who is behind
jcpUserID 14
and which group is behind GroupID 17

For looking up both group and user you might use this url:
It shows you either the user's information or the group's members depending on the entered id represents a group or a user.
Caution: The ids are unique within site collections only. So
jcpjcp...?id=42
within site collection A
might be a different user or group in site collection B
